We are currently looking for an Office Reception Assistant in Johannesburg North
The successful candidate will need to possess the following
The successful candidate must have an accountable approach towards work.
Professional, well-spoken and have previous Reception experience and strong administration skills.
Ability to prioritize a varied workload,
2 to 3 years of previous administrative experience is essential as is an excellent telephone manner.
Good organization skills

An ability to stay calm and behave with tact and discretion
A bright and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
This role is predominantly based on the reception however there will be some administrative duties to undertake
Answering the phone and answering queries
Ad hoc Office Support tasks such as maintaining filing systems, photocopying, and printing
Liaising daily with the Office cleaning team
Arranging boardroom, replenishing refreshments TeaCoffee and lunch
