PA / Assistant Wanted:
A well-known and established FMCG perishable goods producer and supplier requires the above to be responsible for organising and keeping track of scheduled appointments and meetings for the Managing Director as well as ensuring the effectiveness of day-to-day administration and Personal Assistant functions.
Minimum requirements for the role:
Previous work experience having assisted a Managing Director in an Administration or PA or Communications role is essential.
Must be a strong and confident person who can handle pressure.
Must have attention to detail as well as good communication skills.
Basic Excel experience is essential.
Basic PowerPoint experience is preferred but not essential.
Must be able to liaise or communicate well in both English and Afrikaans.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Efficiently and effectively assisting the Managing Director with all aspects of the office.
Collating documentation, taking minutes of meetings and the overseeing the distribution thereof.
Compiling presentations for client meetings.
Overseeing all pricing and making the necessary changes as required.
Assisting with general administrative duties as required.
Organising, standardising and monitoring schedules and deadlines for reporting.
Salary package, including benefits, are negotiable depending on experience gained.
