Our Pretoria North based client is currently looking to recruit a Permanent Office Assistant
Candidate Requirement/Qualification Profile:
Grade 12 Certificate
3 plus years previous experience of working in an office administration, secretarial or similar role
Our Candidate needs be articulate with excellent communication skills,
You must have accurate keyboard skills
You must have a polite and confident telephone manner.
A professional and organised individual
Able to prioritise your workload,
Strong communication skills
Proficient on Microsoft Office programs
Key Duties / /Responsibilities :
Provide essential Administrative Support to the Office and wider organization.
You will retrieve and distribute answer machine messages, answer inbound telephone calls and taking detailed messages,
Provide support the Senior Secretaries with managing emails, undertake stock checks of stationary other office consumables
Provide assistance with the archiving procedures, cataloging of files and records and file retrieval as necessary
Remuneration Offered :
R25000 monthly including company benefits
