My client, a vibrant restaurant based in Stellenbosch and specializing in Mediterranean cuisine and traditional Italian fare has a vacancy for an Assistant General Manager to join their successful team. The successful candidate will be overseeing the overall runnings of the franchise.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills. Understand the business environment around PACE and food costs. Understanding and implementing the importance of checklists, prep sheets ect. Great customer relations. Bar background experience is advantageous

Duties

Stock take and investigating variances. Cash ups. Assisting with organising events. Productive and efficient rostering. Training and development of staff
