Permanent Sales Administrator/Receptionist – Apply Now: Country Estate based in Somerset West has an immediate vacancy for a Sales Administrator / Receptionist with 2 – 4 years experience to join their vibrant team.
Duties will include:
Stock management of office supplies
Sales lead distribution to agents
Sales and Resales listing
Handling all sales and general queries pertaining to the estate
Welcoming guest to the sales centre
Answering of busy switchobard
Receiving, checking and capturing sales contracts on admin and availability lists
Requirements for this postion:
Minimum Grade 12 and own vehicle ESSENTIAL
Valid drivers licence
At least 2 – years in a similar role
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to liaise with clients at all levels
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within a young dynamic team
