A well-established company based in Montaque Gardens has an immediate opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic company.
The main function of this role is to assist the Sales Representatives with their administrative functions.
Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and be able to work under pressure.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Liaising between sales representative and clients
ensuring that all information received from the sales representative is captured correctly and assisting with quotations.
Having a sense of urgency to get orders processed asap
Liaising with factory regarding the delivery of orders
Candidate must be fully bilingual,
Able to work under pressure and have the ability to meet deadlines.
