Schedule / coordinate internal and external meetings and assist with scheduling of project events.
Take meeting minutes and distribute timeously to all parties.
Admin tasks including, but not limited to: printing, photocopying, emailing, filing, etc.
Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with all customers, vendor partners and internal departments.
Assists with management of external stakeholders (third party services, etc.)
Tracking projects, updating the project calendar.
Follow up on project deliverables.
Create PowerPoint presentations, draft reports, etc.
Keep records.
Resource coordination.
Contribute to development of project processes.
Assist in managing project budgets.
Manage allocated projects from time to time for career development.
Perform any and all additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager or General Manager: Project Office in order to support the relevant project/s.


Certificate / Diploma in business management or project management, or similar (Essential)
Grade 12 (Essential)
Prior administrative experience (minimum 5 years essential)
CAPM (would be highly advantageous)
Work during core business hours, but be willing and able to work flexible hours on occasion as may be required from time to time.


Specific knowledge, skills & aptitudes:

Be familiar with Project Management (PMBoK and/or PRINCE 2).
Have strong administrative skills and experience.
Have high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills – verbal and written, are essential.
Be very organised with excellent planning skills.
Flexible; able adapt to changing circumstances.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
MS Projects (would be highly advantageous)
