Sales Administrator Vacancy:
The ideal Sales Administrator would have administrative experience with an interest in Sales, and a strong ability to multitask whilst producing accurate work in a pressurised and busy environment. Candidates capable of working independently without supervision are preferred.

The Sales Administrator position offers a basic salary of R6500 per month! This is a full-time position: we don’t work on weekends or public holidays and tend to leave work early on Friday afternoons!
Basic Requirements:
Candidates must have their Matric/ Standard 10 (an HR qualification would be advantageous)
Candidates must have clear ITC and criminal records
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months’ administration experience
Candidates must have a solid understanding of Debt Review
Candidates must have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Desired Qualities
Ability to multitask, working independently and with accuracy
Ability to execute tasks in a highly pressurised environment
A keen eye for detail
An interest in the Sales environment
Problem-solving and interpersonal finesse
Duties Include:
The collation and daily submission of all timekeeping and attendance
Filing, administration and data capture
Assisting with reporting on performance reviews for permanency
Assisting with daily escalation capturing, reporting and document collation
Facilitating communication between the sales floor and the HR department
Ensuring monthly KPI scores are submitted to the HR department
