Completion of a certificate in administrative/clerical and office management or equivalent.
English Level IV (fluent) speaking/reading/writing is required.
At least 2 years’ experience in clerical/administrative governmental services office work.
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a government or non-profit sector.
Good knowledge of customer service principles and basic office procedures.
Good working knowledge of administrative and office management and practices.
