Receptionist or Scheduling Assistant wanted: Salary R7 000 to R8 500 Per Month
Purpose of the position:
A Receptionist/Scheduling Assistant for our operation in Bloemfontein. The incumbent should possess both Receptionist and Administrative Skills and qualifications. An added benefit would be experience in the tracking business.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
“First point of contact” – professional and warm welcome, whether meeting clients in person or answering telephone calls.
Managing and Operating the Switchboard and Reception Area; Managing the Reception Area, communicating effectively and professionally; Delivering Professional Internal and External Client Service
Performing General Administrative and Adhoc duties. Effective and efficient telephone answering and call forwarding
Acting as liaison between visitors, clients and administration
Communicating via e-mail in order to update on specific issues
Signing and checking deliveries
Outbound client calls where required
Scheduling appointments for installations for the clients.
Assisting the Regional Manager with administrative duties and support.
Knowledge and skills required:
Min 5 years reception & scheduling experience
Understanding of the business and its functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good judgment and professional demeanour.
The ability to deal with a variety of personalities while providing a service to external clients and staff
Devise procedural efficiency initiatives for the reception function
Application of general administrative skills
Excellent typing skills
Attention to detail / Accuracy
R 7,000 R 8,500 per month & benefits based on experience and expertise.
The position is based in our Bloemfontein Office
