Grade 12 Or Equivalent With Accountancy
2 Years’ Experience In General Office Administration
2 Years’ Experience as a Telephone Receptionist
General Knowledge of Office Administration
General Knowledge Of Wage Administration And Returns
Ability To Acquire Knowledge And Experience Leading To An In-Depth Understanding Of
Ability To Acquire Basic Knowledge Of Products, Services And Technical Terms
Ability To Acquire Knowledge Of Company (Structure, Departments/Branches And People)
Knowledge Of Switchboard And Fax Machine Operation
