Our Client in the IT Industry and based in Fourways are seeking to employ a qualified recruitment specialist to join their dynamic team.

Determine the company requirements and use this to attract suitable candidates to fill vacancies within the company.

Screen potential candidates

Identify skills

Conduct Interview Process

Ø

Liaising with relevant parties within the company to obtain these requirements;

Ø

Updating/Creating job specifications;

·

Sourcing candidates using various methods (i.e. Recruitment agencies, Careers24 etc)

Ø

Building relationships with the recruitment agencies (providing feedback, updated requirements etc.)

Ø

Ensure that contracts of these websites are continuing or cancelled;

Ø

Identify other methods to attract suitable candidates i.e. LinkedIn

·

Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening

Ø

Once identifying possible suitable candidates, schedule interviews with relevant parties

Ø

Meet candidates to assess interpersonal skills, technical skills, salary requirements

·

Match the most suitable candidate to the various vacancies within the company

Ø

Ability to identify suitable candidates to proceed with the interview process;

·

Providing feedback daily to the HR Director

Ensuring ongoing communication with HR Director providing feedback on candidates

Required Skills
human resourses : 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements

At least 2 year’s experience as a Recruitment / HR consultant

Banking & IT back ground advantageous

Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
