Support the CEO with all the necessary sales administrative processes and documents required for business development.
Documenting and opening client implementation folders and ensuring that the respective documentation and checklists and processes are adhered to.
Communicating and liaising with clients to get all necessary information and documentation required for implementation.
Making sure that all documents are saved in the correct folders and ensuring compliance of the value chain process from each department.
Setting up of new client accounts on the internal system.
Managing all client folders and information.
Managing the administration of the sales pipeline document
Ensuring that proposals are correct and align to the most updated pricelist
Briefing and liaising with finance to sign off client billing schedules. Managing the client billing schedule process.
Providing sales and client support to the implementation departments
Providing sales support to the business development team
Liaising with procurement on stock or equipment requirements before client go-lives.
