JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing & maintaining system database, price lists & information
Assisting sales consultants with costings & quoting clients
Assisting with administration & client presentations
Keeping abreast of new products & technical info
Checking incoming leads against CRM
Data capturing incoming enquiries on the CRM
Weekly & monthly sales reports
Assisting with service calls
General duties as required by management

EXPERIENCE,QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Matric
MS Office experience
Intermediate Excel experience
ERP/Pastel knowledge an advantage
An energetic & well-groomed individual
Must be ambitious and self-motivated
Ability to be solutions focused
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Organisation and ability to administrate efficiently
Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
Full training will be provided
