Roles and Responsibilities:
Be passionate about the products or services you are providing.
Always be polite, greet customers with a smile.
Be willing to assist any customer’s requests.
Listen to the customer and answer all their questions to the best of your ability.
Avoid arguments with customers, if conflicts do arise, inform management.
Be confident in what you do and persuasive.
Make personal connections with customers.
Speak their language and ensure that the customers are satisfied with the product and service provided.
Liase with other departments to ensure that customer’s requests are met timeously.
Always meet the sales target and RFC target set my management by:
Always follow up with customers about potential sales.
Always try and convince customers to purchase add-on items onto their order.
Being pro-active in setting daily, weekly and monthly sale goals to boost company sales at all times.
Track phone calls and leads and keep detailed records.
To schedule time for everything: lead generation, follow-ups, data mining, admin work, cold calling etc.
Able to deal with and sort out customer complaints timeously to the satisfaction of both parties. Always inform customer about company policies.
Always ensure that communication response time is short. 24 hour follow up rule must be applied.
Keep personal working space clean at all times.
To accurately follow the general procedures of the company at all times.
