Job Context
Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group Pty Ltd has a vacancy for a sales consultant. This will be for Gauteng (Pretoria and West Rand areas. Suitable candidates will be reporting to the Sales Manager and are required to start immediately. Must have own reliable vehicle.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric Computer Literate Experience in either various hygiene products, floor care, chemicals or cleaning equipment sales Proven track record as a successful sales consultant Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction Presentable, dedicated individual Target/result driver individual At least 3 years experience in Sales in a field-based role or a retail environment

Strong negotiation/selling skills Administration skill and computer literacy Excellent communicator, creative and a passion for customer service Ability to work under pressure, target driven Ability to work independently and take initiative Self-starter highly disciplined.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Comply with requirements from the sales manager in terms of daily call ratios etc. Calling on specific target market (Hospitality, Healthcare, Cleaning, and similar industry to derive sales Reaching sales targets as set up by the sales manager Represent the Servest Group’s Brand image Opening of new accounts monthly to ensure the sustainability of turnover and GP at the end of the financial year. Identifying and closing new business opportunities Maintain a high level of awareness of industry and competitor activity Strong networking ability and will be required to build long term relationships both internally and externally Will be required to achieve the activity, quote and sales conversion targets Preparation, submission and follow up of professionally prepared proposals to clients. Excellent consolidation skills.
