KONE South Africa is focused on growing new business and market presence in Gauteng. Success here will play an integral part in the overall success of KONE South Africa. To complement these growth plans, new equipment and modernization sales are considered to be a strategic priorities for our Business.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to be based in our Johannesburg office. In this role, you will lead and guide the sales team in order to meet strategic targets by setting sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories and mentor the members of the team.
A Sales Manager at KONE focuses on creating customer trust, value and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result driven and has a strong commercial acumen.

Are you the one?
University degree or higher and an MBA would be advantageous;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in one of the following: Sales Management / Sales Forecasting / Sales Budgeting
Experience on CRM tools and MS Office is a must;
Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service;
Ability to interpret and analyze data to draw conclusions and identify patterns;
Ability to bring people together and to be able to lead by example;
Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus;
Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Knowledge of other African languages will be advantageous
