Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
Previous experience in a 5 star hotel or similar environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Second language would be advantages
Shift work required
Be able to carry out full reception duties and be responsible for financial transactions.
Be able to deal with guest’s requests, complaints and their queries.
A professional and charming telephone manner is vital.
Knowledge of Opera preferable.
Well groomed, friendly and presentable.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Must be hard working,, motivated and dedicated.
Must be a team player.
Must have a positive nature and the right attitude.
Own transport advisable.
Key Performance Objectives:
Deal with daily guest queries and requests.
Operate the hotel’s Property Management System: Opera
Check guest in upon arrival and check them out upon departure.
Operate the switchboard and direct calls.
