Zamani Bets, a subsidiary of the Zamani Holdings group, is an exciting growing South African Sportsbetting operator, which is seeking an enthusiastic Sportsbook and Contact Centre Manager.

You will be a personable character with excellent attention to detail and with a natural flair for providing inspired management and leadership to the team. Your ability to train both call center agents and marketing on current and specific sports, will be a key factor for this role.
A wide and varied role. From being the 1st point of contact with the players to providing an excellent level of service for any queries. From maximizing the trading margin by effective management of trading and risk strategy to creating and delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports to Management, enabling them to track the progress of trading and of the Call Centre. From being responsible for the development, implementation and execution of Risk & Trading Strategy mitigating risk to maximizing profit and adhere to WCGRB and FICA rules.
The Fine Print ….
Profound business understanding and product knowledge.
5 to 8 years plus experience of online sports betting and the dynamics surrounding it.
Strong leadership skills with a hands on approach.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Passion and entrepreneurial spirit.
Commitment, drive and ambition.
This is a full-time position which will require you to work weekend shifts as needed.
