Our client requires the service of a Store Manager to run the store successfully, ensuring that sales budgets are achieved and that all aspects of running a store are management efficiently.
Key performance areas:
Maintain an excellent level of customer service in your store
Administration procedures of the store
Maintain a high standard of store merchandising, and store cleanliness
Liaise with Senior Management
The successful candidate must have:
A relevant qualification will be advantageous
2- 3 years’ experience of working in customer facing/ service environment
Excellent numerical skills
Proven leadership abilities
Must be computer literate
Must have values and integrity
Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
