The Position
The position of Student Delivery Administrator (Melville) is responsible for ensuring that all examinations, student collection of material, workshops, and other customised training initiatives are effectively and smoothly delivered at both student and client level.

Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups, and appointments will be made in line with our EE requirements.

Specification
Student collection of study material:
Ensure accurate despatch and collection of student material on the Melville campus for all CL programmes including Learnerships.

Batching of all assignments and examination scripts:
Ensure that the Milpark critical dates calendar is adhered to. Unpack and batch all assignments and examinations as per system
requirements (student number) and handed over to Processing department (examinations) within required deadline.

Unpack and hand over miscellaneous documentation i.e. claim forms, evaluator feedback, registers, etc to relevant faculty and/or interdepartmental staff member within required deadline.

Ensure that all off-site archiving of examinations is batched and archived on a regular basis.

Support function – Learnerships, Workshops:
Assist with campus logistics in respect of class room allocations and meal requirements, etc.

Team productivity:
Willingness to assist with all aspects of the business as and when required e.g. Processing department and SSD.

Assist with the preparation and retrieval of off-site documentation in preparation for external audits.

General Office Administration including:
o Filing
o Weekly Reports
o Archiving

The Student Delivery Administrator should be passionate about Milpark and its Services.

Requirements

Requirements:

Matric.

2-3 years administration experience.

Logistics experience (advantageous).

Alignment to the behaviours as defined by Milpark’s Values.

Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.

Good telephone etiquette and customer skills.

An understanding of our product and programme requirements.

An understanding of all assessment related policies, procedures and processes.

Knowledge of SAM.

Ability to listen and talk in a good manner.

Average Planning and Organising ability.

Attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task.

Energetic.

Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
