We require the services of a CRM Systems Support Analyst to support the Distell CRM mobile sales solution technology. Reporting to The ICT Application Support Manager, this key position will be responsible for the maintenance, support and Administration of the following environments:

• CRM System(s)
• SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and/or SAP Materials Management (MM)
• CRM Mobile Environment
Purpose of the position:
The CRM System Support Analyst will be responsible to support Distell CRM End Users with all queries,
Issues and requests for CRM. The incumbent will also create training material for the above-mentioned
Systems(s) and present classroom and one-on-one training, to end users when needed. The CRM Support
Analyst will report to the ICT Application Support Manager.
Your key performance areas will include but are not limited to:
System support for calls logged in line with procedures and Service Level Agreements.
Identify and report recurring system problems.
Develop and maintain supporting training documentation.
Assess training needs in liaison with business units.
Facilitate end-user training.
Super-user in supporting CRM and/or SAP SD / SAP MM.
Maintaining close business relationship with Marketing department

Broad understanding of the CRM components and integration with an emphasis on:

a) Campaign Management
b) Account and Contact Management
c) Activity Management
d) Schedule Management
e) CRM mobile applications
f) Funds Management

Staying abreast with the latest of mobile applications and the relevant Mobile Operating System (tablets and smartphones).

Strong training competence in terms of training facilitation and compiling of training material.
Presenting to and controlling large audiences.
Identify and report recurring system problems.
Assess training needs in liaison with the IT Training Manager.
Conduct end-user training on an ad hoc basis.
After hour user support.

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

A relevant post-graduate qualification
1-2 years CRM experience
Very good business knowledge in the areas supported by CRM and sales force Environment (Reps)
Exposue to SalesForce from a Support perspective will be advantageous.
Proven IT Technical skills.
Excellent knowledge of database structures and general database management.
Solid understanding of Information Systems and Technology management.
Exposure to Edi Processes would be advantageous.
Exposure to SAP SD, SAP MM and SAP CRM transactions and processes would be advantageous.
Very good analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong administrative ability with high attention to detail.
Goal orientated team player.
Ability to work under pressure.
Valid driver’s licence.
