Water Safety / Swim Instructor Job Responsibilities:
The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance to Aqua-Tots curriculum in a fun, positive manner * Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and parents on their swimming efforts * Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills * Ensure swimmer safety * Maintain proper aquatic equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times
Water Safety / Swim Instructor Job Requirements:
Previous swim instruction, lifeguard, aquatics, or swim coach experience preferred * Experience working with children (examples include camp counselor, sports coach, babysitting, nanny, daycare, etc.) * Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for Adult, Child and Infant certification * High energy and hustle
