Mission
The mission of the Talent Consultant is to drive key touch-points on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), source A Players, collaborate with hiring managers and generate quality leads for vacancies within the Company via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies, training providers, networks, university partners, etc.

Research & Lead Generation:

Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking and direct outreach to generate a minimum of 20 A Player leads per role within closing date of advertisement.
Developing tools and methodologies designed to identify talent that isn’t on LinkedIn yelling “pick me pick me!”.
Screen and qualify prospective candidates.
Partner with Head of Talent to develop sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking process with measurable metrics for a variety of positions, both technical and non-technical globally.
Maintain accurate, well-documented candidate actions and notes within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ability to consistently offer innovative solutions to recruiting challenges within the broader context of the organisation’s priorities and approach to problem-solving.
Co-ordinating Talent Workflow in HRIS

Feed Leads in ATS and assign to vacant roles.
Process candidates through the ATS’s recruitment workflow accurately and on-time.
Administration

General administration of the ATS and tasks as and when required.
Minimum Requirements
Education

Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources and/or Industrial Psychology or related field.
Systems / Software

Applicant Traffic Systems (ATS)
Experience

3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support experience,
Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Agency experience with emphasis on achieving difficult targets in a high work performance culture will be advantageous.
1 year’s experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates.
