We are opening a new store and we are looking for a Trainee Manager who can grow his/her career with our company. Salary for this position is R6850.

Purpose

Manage store operations to maximise top line sales and profitability and ensure stock is controlled effectively

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
N6/ Diploma Business Management
3-5 years Management experience
3-5 years Customer Service experience
3-5 years Stock management experience
3-5 years Wholesale and Retail Experience
Microsoft office
Good Verbal and written communication
Valid code 8 drivers licence
Responsibilities

To maximise the profitability of the store
To monitor and process the cash office of the store
To monitor the stores assets and equipment
To ensure effective stock management at the store
To monitor the physical infrastructure of the store in the specific region
To monitor and control the management of human resources within the store
