Administration assistance to the Cabin Crew Training Department.
2. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
2.1 The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
2.2 Must have above average computer skills, specifically Word and Excel.
2.3 Knowledge of the company rostering system will be an advantage.
2.4 Must have a strong personality and be confident, whilst maintain diplomacy.
2.5 Must have natural ability to give attention to detail.
2.6 Must have excellent office administration skills.
2.7 Must have good communication skills.
2.8 Must have organisational skills.
2.9 Must enjoy working with people.
2.10 Will attend training as and when required to do so.
2.11 Meticulous attention to detail.
2.12 Own transport essential, job requires flexibility and ability to travel between CAA and various Company facilities and ATOs
3.1. The employee shall be accountable for ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the Operator and within the confines of the AOC and relevant operational specifications.
3.2. Responsible for the OHS in their area of responsibility and accountability reporting into this role.
3.3. Accountable for the management of safety risks and security threats to aircraft operations.
4.1 Keeping track that all Flight Attendant documentation is current.
4.2 Maintaining current training files of all Flight Attendants.
4.3 Ensuring all documents are completed according to company policy.
4.4 Maintaining history files.
4.5 Creating, distributing and keeping records of certificates.
4.6 Keeping log book of all documents.
4.7 Updating the Flight Attendant Crew Expiries on the current rostering system.
4.8 Receiving all Flight Attendant training certificates and training documents from the training schools.
4.9 Assisting with typing and formatting.
4.10 Distribution of manuals and training documents.
4.11 Liaise with all relevant personnel to ensure all responsibilities can be completed successfully.
4.12 Provide assistance to any aspects required within the Cabin training department.
4.13 To assist the Cabin Service Manager – Training and Line with any additional administrative duties as and when required.
4.14 Ordering office supplies for Cabin Service Department.
4.15 Accountable and responsible for all Cabin Training and logistics (minimum of 12 months).
4.16 Rostering effective trainer utilization.
4.17 Bookings and correspondence with ATOs and CAA.
4.18 Day to day contingency planning and the logistics thereof.
4.19 Administration of bulk SMS and correspondence with Flight Attendants.
4.20 Administration related to recruitment system and associated logistics.
4.21 Responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Company Standards as laid out in the manuals of procedure, and Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
4.22 Will assist with any additional tasks within the contexts of the job description.
