Min NP Experience:

3 Years developing and presenting training material to employees and clients

Qualification Required:

National Certificate / Degree with specialisation in Learning Development, instructional design, educational technology or similar relevant field

Other Skills Required:

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical ability
Ability to conduct presentations
Customer (Internal External) Orientated
Strong administrative ability
Ability to convince others of point of view and accept feedback to enhance processes and material as required
Effective Communication is needed because the incumbent needs to be able to communicate clearly when delivering training Written and Spoken
Excellent presentation skills.

Job requirements and qualifications

Previous working experience in instructional design for 3-5 years
Previous experience designing learning material within a payment technologies environment highly advantageous
In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Designing effective eLearning Content
Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
Must be able to work unsupervised and independently
Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
Organisational and planning skills
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Reporting skills

Responsibilities include:

Training and staff development
Design and implement new training material and processes for all NuPay and Delter systems and processes for new starting employees as well as existing staff using various innovative and creative mediums.
Establish a classroom training environment for both staff as well as customers on all services and products offered by the company
Perform continuous training of staff clients on all newly implemented product functionalities and ensure all employees and clients are aware of new functionalities regardless of size.
Consultant Role Description

A. Goals:

Functional Goal: Provide full product training internally (Staff) externally (Clients) for Delter and NuPay.
Design Goal: Design and implement training programs to ensure staff and clients have the required knowledge and skills of NuPay and Delter products and solutions to enable them to support and sell correctly. To train staff on creating and selling solutions rather than services.
Business Focus Goal: Work with all areas of business to ensure customer satisfaction through the development of staff product and solutions skills and knowledge and to understand the customers’ needs and enhance the customer experience of NuPay and Delter as a whole. Empower staff with the right products and solutions knowledge continuously to give NuPay the competitive edge in the market.

B. Responsibilities:

1. Training Role

Design and deploy training manuals material on all NuPay and Delter products processes. This should also include quick guides, video presentations, remote dial in courses and any other innovative methods as these develop.
Training manuals quick guides should be in-depth and include system rules.
Deliver training in a consultative manner with staff and customers.
Maintain product knowledge and stay in touch with new developments and enhancements to promote products effectively within all business areas.
Responsible for training the various business units and customers on all areas of all products and processes as required.
To setup, deploy manage a training management scheduling tool that can be used by business units to schedule training requirements.
Implement testing programs after training to measure competency after training
Implement system of certification for clients and staff after training and testing was concluded successfully.
To ensure all new developments are trained on after new implementations were completed successfully.
Implement regular ongoing training strategy using a variety of mediums. (Reschedule refresher training on a regular basis).
Continuously research and deploy new innovative methods of training both internal staff as well as our client base.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training after completion of each training session.
Query resolution

To assist as backup to business support team in all business areas with general and specialized query resolution.
To resolve product related issues logged on the query system.
To conduct proper investigations on queries in a supportive role to Business Support
Resolve queries in the SLA time frames in a supportive role to Business Support
Provide quality feedback (including a detailed explanation on the problem/resolution) on all related product queries in a supportive role to Business Support

3. Documentation Content Management

Creating, Maintaining and publishing of all product related information and documentation on systems and solutions to ensure product manuals are updated

4. Product Improvement

Assist with business development drive development requests to enhance systems from feedback received in training sessions with staff and customers.

5. Production Monitoring

Create various fraud prevention reports and strategies in conjunction with risk department for staff and clients on an ongoing basis and train staff and customers on these processes.

6. Loan Management Providers

Build relationships with integrated partners in a supportive role to Business Support to ensure proper training is conducted on staff in the integration of systems.
Stay informed and updated on new integrated solutions updates in order train accordingly.
Generate training material, and train on various integration options and methodologies with all integrated partners.

7. Customer Experience

Communicate new planned implementations to all stakeholders, and conduct training as required on these processes and systems.
Work with Marketing to generate excitement among staff and customers regarding new implementations and solutions (Creation of infographics, brag about wins and achievements etc.)

8. Forum

Remain updated on forum topics and questions from customers to ensure corrected training is supplied on relevant matters as required.
